Titan Fire Compliance Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides fire damper surveys, testing, remedial works, fire stopping and planned maintenance services in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you give us: your name, email address and, where you choose to provide them, your telephone number, company name, the service you are interested in and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider also processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type as part of delivering the website securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare and issue quotations, deliver services you instruct us to carry out, and keep records of the work we have done.

Where you have contacted us about our services, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we hold records relating to completed works, we may also rely on our legal obligations and legitimate interest in maintaining accurate compliance records.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
