Our services
Compliance, reporting and safety assurance
The work on site is only half the job. What protects you afterwards is documentation that is clear, complete and stands up to scrutiny. That is what every Titan report is built to be.
Reports written to be used
Our reports open with a plain-English summary: how many dampers exist, how many passed, how many failed, how many could not be accessed, and what we recommend you do next in priority order. A responsible person should be able to read the first page and know their position.
Behind that sits the detail: every asset listed with its reference, location, type, test result, defect description and photographs. Failures are prioritised by risk rather than presented as an undifferentiated list, so that budget goes to the dampers that matter most first.
Where we cannot access an asset, we say so explicitly. A report that quietly omits what it could not reach is worse than no report at all, because it creates false confidence.
Standards we work to
- Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Fire Safety Act 2021
- Building Safety Act 2022 and the golden thread of information
- BS 9999:2017 and BESA DW/145
Supporting your wider duties
The Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Building Safety Act 2022 have both raised the evidential bar for building owners, and the golden thread principle expects information about a building's fire safety to be accurate, current and accessible.
Our asset registers and reports are issued in formats you can hand directly to a fire risk assessor, upload to your compliance system or pass on to a purchaser. You own the data, and we do not hold it between visits.
